Our Tasting Room is currently closed as we thoughtfully reimagine the experience.

Behind the scenes, we are creating a welcoming space, designed to invite you to slow down and savour each moment. We look forward to welcoming you back for tastings when our newly renovated Tasting Room opens in mid-2026.

‘Hazeldean’, originally the Collector bakery c1840s, is a beautiful sandstone building and grounds located by the side of Collector creek on the main street of the village. It has seen life as a private residence, an art gallery, and in a family connection, as the well-known and loved hatted restaurant the Lynwood Café in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Its layered history and enduring character make it a fitting home for the next chapter of Collector Wines.
